Simple, thoughtful and engaging social justice
skill-building activities, all kid-focused.
Level Up is a new program for tweens (and their families!) to learn about social justice and local community action projects through simple, fun and enlightening group-based play.
What will your child learn?
The curriculum is designed around six key skills:
Our thoughts, feelings and emotions
Our beliefs and mindset
Empathy and privilege
Conflict resolution and restorative justice
Our strengths and group power
Community development and leadership
Why join now?
A program on the topic of social justice and civic action meets the needs of community members who are increasingly recognizing their role in acting on injustice in our society and are looking for ways to get involved.
Level Up introduces kids (aged 9-12 years) and their families to important concepts necessary for building a social justice practice. Kids build relationships with each other over issues of common interest, connect with their parents about steps they can take together while introducing them to active changemakers in their own community and their projects.
